This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you access and use our services, including our our Websites located at www.cloudlex.com and www.triallawyersjournal.com , use any of our mobile applications, and/or otherwise access our Services via a direct or indirect connection to the internet (collectively, the “Sites”) or sign up for and use any of our products or service offerings via the Site or otherwise, including, without limitation our case management solution known as “CloudLex®” or our “Trial Lawyer Journal” offerings (collectively, along with any future modules or functionality you are provided access to through use of our CloudLex® platform or via any of our Sites.”

    By using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of your information as described herein. If you do not agree with our practices, please do not use our Services.

    • Membership & Payment Information: If you subscribe to a paid membership, we collect payment details (processed securely by third-party payment processors).

    • If you submit articles, interviews, or other contributions, TLJ retains the rights to use this content indefinitely, even after membership cancellation (as outlined in the User Agreement).
    • Your content may be used for AI training, content repurposing, and derivative works. If you wish to opt out, contact info@triallawyersjournal.com within 30 days of submission.

    B. Data Storage & Security

    We implement industry-standard security measures, including:

    • Data encryption for sensitive information.
    • Secure servers with access controls.
    • Regular security monitoring.

    While we take precautions, no method of online transmission is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.


    7. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

    TLJ does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years old. If we become aware of such data collection, we will promptly delete the information.

    Parents/guardians may:
