    Adam Rossen is a skilled Fort Lauderdale criminal defense attorney with over 19 years of experience. As the owner and CEO of Rossen Law Firm, the largest criminal defense firm in Broward County, he has worked diligently to establish a reputation for providing outstanding legal services.

    His legal career began after graduating from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006. He started as a prosecutor at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, handling a wide range of criminal cases, including DUIs, drug offenses, and violent crimes. This experience provided him with invaluable insights into the criminal justice system, which he now uses to benefit his clients.

     

    Beyond his legal practice, Rossen has been a high school basketball coach for over a decade. In a unique turn of events, he had the privilege of coaching the firm’s managing partner, Manny Serra, during Serra’s high school years. His passion for basketball and mentorship has enriched his life while complementing his dedication to the legal profession.

     

    In 2008, Rossen founded his law firm, leveraging his prosecutorial experience and legal expertise to successfully defend numerous clients facing DUI and criminal charges. His trial skills and proven track record have earned him the trust and respect of both clients and peers

     

    He is a proud member of the Florida Bar and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Additionally, he holds certification as a DUI defense specialist from the National College of DUI Defense, underscoring his commitment to staying at the forefront of his field.

     

    Rossen is actively involved in the legal community, serving as a board member of the Broward County Bar Association and the South Florida Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is also a frequent speaker at legal seminars and conferences, sharing his knowledge and expertise.

     

    Known for his unwavering dedication to clients, he is recognized for his hard work and compassion, always going above and beyond to fight for their rights and achieve the best possible outcomes. His commitment to excellence has earned him numerous accolades, including recognition as one of the “Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyers in Florida” by The National Trial Lawyers, “Best DUI Lawyer in Fort Lauderdale” by Avvo, a “Superb” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and inclusion in “The Best Lawyers in America.”

     

    Outside of his legal career, Rossen is a devoted husband to his wife, Kyley, and a dedicated father to their two sons, Chase and Luke. His experiences as a husband and father have deepened his empathy and understanding, allowing him to connect personally with his clients and advocate fiercely on their behalf
