    Alyce B. Wittenstein is the Senior Partner at Wittenstein & Wittenstein, Esqs., P.C., a distinguished personal injury law firm in Forest Hills, New York, with a legacy spanning over 60 years. She began her tenure at the firm in 1985 as a managing paralegal, mastering the intricacies of personal injury law under the mentorship of her father, Frederick M. Wittenstein, the firm’s founder. 

     

    In 1995, Ms. Wittenstein enrolled at the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a teaching assistant for civil rights leader Haywood Burns. She also founded a Human Rights Delegation to Haiti and studied Constitutional Law under Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Upon earning her Juris Doctor in 1998, she was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1999 and became a partner at the firm in 2000, leading to its rebranding as Wittenstein & Wittenstein, Esqs., P.C. 

     

    Ms. Wittenstein’s practice encompasses personal injury, civil rights, and medical malpractice cases. She is particularly passionate about advocating for children’s rights, leveraging her legal expertise and personal experience as a mother to support families seeking compensation for injured children. Her commitment to treating clients with respect and empathy has solidified her reputation as a compassionate and effective attorney.
