    Brian D. Chase is the senior partner and trial lawyer at Bisnar Chase Personal Injury Attorneys, LLP, based in Newport Beach, California. With a legal career spanning over three decades, Brian has dedicated himself to representing plaintiffs in personal injury and product liability cases, securing significant verdicts and settlements that have not only provided justice for his clients but also prompted changes in corporate behavior to enhance consumer safety.

     

    Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1992 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1993. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for his exceptional legal skills and commitment to his clients, receiving numerous accolades, including being named \\\”Attorney of the Year\\\” by the Consumer Attorneys of California in 2012 and consistently being selected to the Super Lawyers list from 2006 through 2025.

     

    In addition to his legal practice, Brian is an active member of the legal community, holding memberships in several professional organizations, including The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100.
