Cynthia Attard

Cynthia Attard is the Managing Trial Attorney at Ikhilov & Associates‘ Brooklyn office, bringing over two decades of litigation experience.

She specializes in complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases, advocating for clients who have suffered significant injuries. Her expertise encompasses mass torts, automobile negligence, slip and fall incidents, and product liability matters at both federal and state levels.

Cynthia’s diverse background includes serving as a police officer in Nassau County, New York, providing her with unique insights into law enforcement procedures and courtroom dynamics.

This experience enhances her ability to represent clients effectively, particularly in cases involving negligence and gross negligence. She is committed to maintaining transparent communication with her clients, ensuring they are informed at every stage of the litigation process.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law in 1996, where she was a member of the Environmental Law Review. Prior to that, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and was involved with the Office of Crime Victim Advocacy in Nassau County.

Outside the courtroom, Cynthia dedicates her time to her four children and trains her young Thoroughbred for competitive hunting and jumping events throughout Long Island.
