"The fact that we get to come to work and assist people with that process and assist and put their fears to bed and conclude a case for them after a long battle is one of the greatest privileges you can have in a professional."
David J. Klink is the founder of Klink Law, PLLC, based in Glendale, Arizona. He specializes in serious personal injury claims, medical malpractice cases, and licensing board defense. With a strong commitment to client advocacy, David takes pride in offering personalized legal representation, ensuring his clients understand every aspect of their case while fighting for their rights.
David’s passion for law was shaped early on, growing up with a father who practiced criminal defense. This background provided him with an inside look into the legal field, sparking his dedication to representing those in need. His career is built on the principles of honesty, transparency, and a commitment to justice.
David gained valuable legal experience early in his career, working in a small medical defense law firm where he handled complex medical malpractice and wrongful death cases. This experience provided him with insight into both sides of litigation, giving him an edge when advocating for his clients.
During law school, David concentrated on healthcare law and litigation. He worked in the Risk Management Department at the University Medical Center (UMC) in Las Vegas—the largest public hospital in Nevada and the state’s only Level 1 Trauma Center. There, he assisted the Executive Director of Risk Management by conducting legal research and preparing legal memoranda on a range of healthcare compliance and liability issues, including HIPAA and Stark law compliance, insurance coverage denials, patient safety, medical malpractice concerns, and mental health patient rights.
After graduating from law school, David successfully passed the bar in both Arizona and Nevada on his first attempt, quickly establishing himself as a skilled litigator.
