Erica Wilson, Esq., is the Managing Attorney at The Fairness Firm, where she combines her passion for justice with a commitment to client advocacy. With a Juris Doctor from Charlotte School of Law, graduating with Pro Bono Honors and receiving the CALI Award for Appellate Advocacy, Erica has established herself as a dedicated legal professional.
Her academic journey also includes certifications in Child Protection and Safety from Harvard University and completion of the Women’s Leadership Program at Yale University. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of South Carolina Aiken, where she was recognized as a David A. Norton Memorial Scholar and inducted into the Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society and the Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society.
In her professional career, Erica is admitted to practice law in Georgia and is a registered mediator with the Supreme Court of Georgia’s Office of Dispute Resolution. She actively participates in organizations such as the State Bar of Georgia, Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, the National Bar Association, and The Gate City Bar Association. Notably, she served as the Past President of the DeKalb Lawyers Association and contributes to the Board of Directors for the foundation of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys.
Beyond her legal practice, Erica serves as a national legal correspondent on Court TV and is a sought-after speaker at conferences, public policy symposia, and university events. Her dedication to education and advocacy has positioned her as a respected figure in both the legal community and the broader public sphere.
