"Knowing that money is going to those communities that they were pretty much laughing at during the course of the trial. These are all things that make you realize you’re doing some good."
Hunter J. Shkolnik is a distinguished attorney renowned for his expertise in mass tort litigation, particularly in environmental, pharmaceutical, and medical device cases. Beyond his litigation practice, Mr. Shkolnik is a founding board member of the Trial Lawyers of Puerto Rico (TLPR), a trade association dedicated to uniting top trial lawyers to share expertise and build partnerships within the Puerto Rican community. He is also a sought-after lecturer, sharing his insights on topics such as mass tort settlements, state-federal coordination, and professionalism in multidistrict litigation.
His dedication to the legal profession is further demonstrated through his active involvement in various legal associations, from the New York State Trial Lawyers to the Nassau County Bar Association, where he has held officer positions and chaired multiple committees. Mr. Shkolnik’s commitment to mentoring young lawyers and providing them with trial experience underscores his belief in the importance of nurturing the next generation of legal professionals.
