"I just hitched on that I was going to be a lawyer. I was going to be a civil rights attorney. I was going to change the world as Ruth Bader Ginsburg had."

Kaitlin Nares is the founder of Nares Law Group, LLC, based in Denver, Colorado. She is renowned for her compassion, professionalism, and clear communication, dedicating her practice to assisting families severely injured through no fault of their own.

Kaitlin began her legal career in Manhattan, litigating in the Southern District of New York. She has been active in courtrooms for over a decade and is featured in the award-winning documentary “False Confessions” for her litigation work in some of the country’s most notorious civil rights cases. She is known for her calm demeanor, quick thinking, and diligent work ethic.

Transitioning to personal injury law, Kaitlin leverages her civil rights background to address issues such as police brutality and brain injuries. Her firm specializes in truck wreck and brain injury litigation, providing expertise to clients throughout Colorado and partnering with lawyers nationwide to obtain just compensation for injured victims.

Kaitlin is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Texas, and New York. She is also the host of the “Mother Justice” podcast, where she interviews leading female professionals to discuss how they serve their communities and balance their careers with personal life. Kaitlin’s dedication to her clients and her unique blend of civil rights and personal injury experience make her a formidable advocate for justice.
